Location: Pudsey LS28 5QP
Pay: £20 - £25 Per Hour
Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday – Friday ( Flexible for On call and weekends )

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead to join our team at a 27-bedded nursing home. Our facility specializes in providing care for individuals with physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adults. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for clinical excellence, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll be Doing
Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
Lead and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality care
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Develop and implement care plans
Conduct staff training and development
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
What You'll Need
Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN) & Health and Social Care Management
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience working in a similar environment
Strong leadership and management skills
Driving license is desirable but not essential
Flexibility and ability to share on call in 24hr working environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (CQC) and best practices
