Registered Nurse - Champion House (Pudsey)

Location: Pudsey LS28 5QP

Pay: £19- £24 Per Hour

Hours: 38.50 - 40 hours per week / Monday – Sunday

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Day and Night Nurse to join our team at a 27-bedded nursing home. Our facility specializes in providing care for individuals with physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adults. If you have a passion for nursing and a commitment to delivering high-quality care, we want to hear from you!

We specialise in supporting people who have varying needs as a result of physical and long term neurological conditions including:

  • Cerebral palsy

  • Brain injury

  • Huntington’s disease

  • Motor neurone disease

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Muscular dystrophy

  • Spina bifida & hydrocephalus

  • Stroke

Our teams are highly skilled and trained to deliver specialist and complex nursing care and have significant experience with tracheostomy, PEG care, wound management and the provision of end of life care. The full-time support we provide is flexible and designed to help build skills, inspire confidence and encourage people to live more independently.

What You’ll be Doing   

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents during day and night shifts

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Support residents in achieving their personal health goals

What You'll Need  

  • NMC Registered Nurse Pin

  • Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adults

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong knowledge in CQC regulations.

  • Commitment to providing high-quality care
