Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday - Friday (On Call Rota - Days & Nights)

What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver high-quality clinical care and administer medication safely
Develop and lead tailored care plans in collaboration with the wider team
Build strong relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
Champion dignity, choice, and independence for every individual
Mentor and support care staff to deliver best practice care
Maintain accurate records and uphold CQC standards
What You’ll Need
Valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse.
Experience in complex needs, specialist, or long-term care
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
A flexible, proactive approach and a genuine passion for care
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, infection control, and relevant regulations
