Location: Abingdon OX14 3DP
Pay: up to £13 per Hour
Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week / Monday – Sunday
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent.

John Masefield House is 22-bed independent Dementia Nursing and Residential that specialises in the care for Mental Health Conditions, Older Person Care and Respite Care.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team!
What you’ll be Doing
Provide personalized care and support to residents
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
Implement and follow individualized care plans
Support residents in developing social skills and participating in community activities
Manage challenging behavior with patience and professionalism
Monitor and report on residents' progress and well-being
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
What You’ll Need
Great communication and teamwork skills.
A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour
Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.
Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
