We are seeking a Support Worker to join the team!
Hart View is set in a lovely residential area based close to Southend On Sea town centre and within walking distance to the Seafront. At Hart view our aim is to provide a therapeutic environment by promoting a rehabilitation programme to meet the individual needs of those who have a mental health diagnosis.
What You’ll be Doing
Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
What You’ll Need
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a support worker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained
