Hours: 40 hours a week / Monday – Sunday

Located in the heart of Oxfordshire is Marston Court, offering compassionate, individualised residential, early-stage dementia and respite care for up to 39 residents. Set in peaceful and beautifully tended grounds with an enclosed quiet garden, the home is close to several local shops and amenities, with good bus routes to Oxford city centre.
We are seeking a Support Worker to join the team!
What You’ll be Doing
Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
What You’ll Need
Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support worker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
DJFlexibility to DJwork various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained
