Pay: £12.21 Per Hour
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Sunday (Alternate Weekends)

Westmead is a 19 bedded residential home that specialises in the care for Dementia and Physical disabilities
We are seeking a enthusiastic and compassionate Support Worker to join our team!
What You’ll be Doing
Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
What You’ll Need
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a support worker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained
