We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team at a 39-bedded nursing home. Our facility specializes in providing care for individuals with physical disabilities and neurological conditions. What You’ll be doing
Assess and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for residents
Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions
Monitor and evaluate residents' progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Educate residents and their families on physiotherapy techniques and benefits
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Promote a positive and supportive environment
What You’ll Need
Qualification in Physiotherapy
Registered with the relevant professional body
Experience in a similar role preferred
Strong understanding of physical disabilities and neurological conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
