Location: Huddersfield, HD2 1AH
Pay: £21 - £24 per hour
Hours:37.5 - 40 hours per week / Monday – Sunday (Flexible)

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen with our Service in Huddersfield that has a well-established care homes dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Currently, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead to lead our dedicated team!

What You’ll be Doing
Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
Lead and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality care
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Develop and implement care plans
Conduct staff training and development
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
What You'll Need
Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN) & Health and Social Care Management
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience working in a similar environment
Strong leadership and management skills
Flexibility and ability to share on call in 24hr working environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (CQC) and best practices
