Location: Pudsey LS28 5QP 

Salary: £50,000

Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday – Sunday

We are seeking a Registered Manager to join our team!

Beechwood is a grand Victorian villa set in the heart of Edgerton close to local parks and on the edge of the Peak District National Park. With 25 rooms, a well-maintained private garden and with the building retaining many of its original features, the people we support enjoy the warm and stimulating environment we have created. With individual care at the heart of everything we do, we ensure that everyone has an input into their care plan and also the types of activities they enjoy so that everyone we support can live their fullest life possible.

We are seeking a Registered Manager to join our team!

What You’ll be Doing

  • Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards.

  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home’s financial sustainability.

  • Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals

  • Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment

What You’ll Need

  • Must be a nurse (RGN, RNLD, RNMH) with active NMC registration.

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent

  • At least 3+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home..

  • Registered with CQC – Preferable but not essential.

  • Experience with Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour

  • Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.

  • Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
