Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: 33 hours per week / Monday – Sunday (Rolling Rota)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nights Team Leader to join our team at a 20-bedded dementia residential home. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents during the night. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for dementia care, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll be Doing
Oversee and manage the night shift operations
Lead and support the night care team to deliver high-quality care
Ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night
Administer medications and treatments as needed
Monitor and respond to residents' needs and emergencies
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Foster a calm and supportive environment for residents and staff
What You'll Need
Previous experience in a similar role within a dementia care setting
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
·In-depth knowledge of dementia care practices
Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Must be Medication Trained
