Hours: 40 hours a week / Monday – Sunday

Ridgewood Lodge is a six-bedroom supported living service for adults with learning disabilities or mental ill-health needs.
We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the team!
What You’ll be Doing
Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residental home
Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Safeguarding standards
Develop and implement care plans
Conduct staff training and development
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
What You'll Need
Driving License is required – must be able to drive
Minimum of NVQ Level 3 and willing to work towards their level 5 in Health and Social Care
Minimum of 4- years' experience working in a similar environment
Strong leadership and management skills
Flexibility and ability to share on call in 24hr working environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (CQC) and best practices
