Ridgewood Lodge is a six-bedroom supported living service for adults with learning disabilities or mental ill-health needs.
We are currently seeking a Registered Manager to lead the team!
What You’ll be Doing
Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.
Oversee the day-to-day operations
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards.
Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home’s financial sustainability.
Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals
Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment
What You’ll Need
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
At least 3+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home..
Must hold a Valid UK Driving License
Registered with CQC – Preferable but not essential.
Experience with Learning disabilities and Mental Health.
Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
