We are seeking a friendly and organised Support Worker to join our team at a 30-bedded home specialising in acute mental illness.
What you’ll be Doing
Provide care and support to residents
Monitor residents' well-being and respond to their needs
Maintain accurate records and follow care guidelines.
Ensure a safe and calm environment throughout the night
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional care
What You’ll Need
Great communication and teamwork skills.
A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
Understanding of Dementia Care Practices
Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.
Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
