Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday – Friday (Days & Nights)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. Our is a dedicated 18-bedded nursing home specializing in the care of adults with Complex mental and Physical Health Needs.
What You’ll be Doing
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents .
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care.
Maintain accurate care and documentation
Support residents in achieving their personal health goals
What You'll Need
NMC Registered Nurse Pin
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Mental Health conditions & Dementia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge in CQC regulations.
