Location: Maidenhead SL6 5LH

Salary : £12.50 per Hour  

Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday – Friday  (9am – 5:30pm)

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and compassionate Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver a wide range of engaging activities that promote social interaction, independence, and enjoyment for our residents.

What You’ll be Doing

Design and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual needs

Encourage participation and build confidence through meaningful engagement

Work closely with care staff and clinical teams to support holistic care

Organise events, outings, and seasonal celebrations

Maintain records and contribute to care planning

What You’ll Need

Experience in a care or support setting (preferred)

Creative flair and a passion for helping others

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate and engage individuals with diverse needs

Organised, flexible, and proactive approach
