Team Leader - Beechwood (Huddersfield)

Location: Huddersfield, HD2 1AH 

Pay: £12.50 per Hour

Hours: 33 Hours / Monday – Sunday

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent.

Beechwood is a 27 bedded Nursing Home , a specialized facility dedicated to providing exceptional care for younger adults with physical disabilities, Sensory Impairment and Respite Care.

We are seeking a reliable and talented Team Leader to join the team!

 

What you’ll be Doing

  • Oversee daily operations of the care home

  • Lead and support a team of care staff

  • Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations

  • Develop and implement care plans

  • Manage staff schedules and training

  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment

 

What You’ll Need 

  • At least 2-3 + years’ experience as a Team Leader in a care home.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of learning disabilities, mental health conditions,complex needs, autism and challenging behaviours

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Minimum of NVQ2 in Health and Social Care
