Pay: £12.50 Per Hour
Hours: 33 hours a week / Alternate Weekends

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team!
Green Gables is a beautiful home set within mature gardens close to local parks and surrounded by farmland. This idyllic location is one of the people we support to enjoy. With 28 rooms with aspects over the gardens or surrounding farmland the home has created a calm and relaxing environment for everyone to enjoy. Green Gables supports adults with a physical disability or long-term neurological conditions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and mentor a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care
Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans
Provide practical and emotional support with daily living, personal care, and activities
Monitor outcomes and document changes in care or wellbeing
Liaise with families, professionals, and colleagues to ensure consistent, tailored support
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, policies, and CQC standards
Support the onboarding and training of junior staff
What You’ll Need
Previous experience in a senior support working role
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
Must be Medication Administration trained
Strong supervision and communication skills
Excellent care planning & record keeping experience
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and nights if required
