Pay: £12.50 Per Hour

Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday - Sunday

Biravale, Leicester is a supported-living service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or physical disabilities. It provides residents with their own private space while offering onsite support to help them live as independently as possible.

We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join the team!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care

• Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans

• Provide practical and emotional support with daily living, personal care, and activities

• Monitor outcomes and document changes in care or wellbeing

• Liaise with families, professionals, and colleagues to ensure consistent, tailored support

• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, policies, and CQC standards

• Support the onboarding and training of junior staff

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience in a senior support working role

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

• Must be Medication Administration trained

• Strong supervision and communication skills

• Excellent care planning & record keeping experience

• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and nights if required
