Douglas House is a 30-bedded dementia residential home that specialises in Dementia and Respite Care.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Registered Nurse to join the team!
What You’ll be Doing
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents during day & night shifts
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care.
Maintain accurate care and documentation
Support residents in achieving their personal health goals
What You'll Need
NMC Registered Nurse Pin
Strong understanding of physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adults
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge in CQC regulations.
