We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join our team!
At St. Anthony’s Care Home, to the southwest of Wolverhampton, we support people with long-term neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities, often associated with complex nursing needs. beautiful countryside. Our specialist nursing staff support up to 34 people. The people we support have physical or long-term neurological conditions.
What You’ll be Doing
Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.
Oversee the day-to-day operations
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards.
Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home’s financial sustainability.
Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals
Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment
What You’ll Need
Must hold the required qualifications (Registered Nurse with active PIN – RLND/RGN.RNMH), competence, skills, and experience to manage the regulated activity..
At least 2+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home.
Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
