Pay: £23 Per Hour
Hours: 37.5hours per week / Monday – Sunday

Mickley Hall is a 40-bedded nursing home that specialises in the care for individuals with physical disabilities and younger adults.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Lead to support our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
What You’ll be Doing
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing and care teams
Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding practices
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care
Lead on audits, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
Support the Registered Manager in service development and staff training
What Youll Need
NMC-registered Nurse (RMN/RGN/RNLD) or equivalent clinical qualification
Proven experience in a senior clinical or leadership role
Strong understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance
Excellent communication, mentoring, and decision-making skills
Must have Valid UK Driving License
