We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team at a 21-bedded Residential home. Our facility specializes in providing care for individuals with physical disabilities, respite care and younger adults. We are seeking a enthusiastic and compassionate Maintenance / Handyman to join our team!

 What You’ll be Doing

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address any maintenance issues.

  • Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and safely.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas, including gardens and walkways.

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities within the home.

  • Keep accurate records of maintenance work and report any major issues to management.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.

  • Ability to handle basic tools and equipment.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings if needed.
