We are seeking a talented and passionate Activity Coordinator to join our team at a 28-bedded residential home. Our facility specializes in providing care for individuals with physical disabilities , respite care younger adults. If you have a flair for creating nutritious and delicious meals and a commitment to enhancing the dining experience for our residents, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll be Doing
Design and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual needs
Encourage participation and build confidence through meaningful engagement
Work closely with care staff and clinical teams to support holistic care
Organise events, outings, and seasonal celebrations
Maintain records and contribute to care planning
What You’ll Need
Experience in a care or support setting (preferred)
Creative flair and a passion for helping others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and engage individuals with diverse needs
Organised, flexible, and proactive approach
