Pay: £12.21 Per Hour
Hours: 20 hours per week / Monday – Sunday

Mickley Hall is a 39 bedded nursing home that specialises in the care for individuals with physical disabilities and neurological conditions.
We are seeking a Warm and enthusiastic Activities coordinator to join the team!
What You’ll be Doing
Design and organize a wide range of activities and events for residents.
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the care home.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure activities are well-coordinated and integrated into daily routines.
Encourage residents to participate and engage in activities.
Customize activities to suit the individual needs and preferences of residents.
Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback.
Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
What You’ll Need
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a care home or related setting.
Previous experience working with Dementia, Mental Health, physical disability.
Compassionate and patient, with a genuine interest in enhancing the lives of residents.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging activities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
