Alne Hall is a 30-bedded nursing home, that specialises in the care of individuals with physical disabilities, respite care and younger adults.
We are seeking a warm and energetic Activity Coordinator to join our team.
What You’ll be Doing
Organise group and one-to-one activities
Encourage participation and social interaction
Work closely with residents and care staff
Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation.
What Youll Need
A warm, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
Experience in a similar role or a background in care, education, or community work is desirable.
Creativity and confidence in leading group and one-to-one sessions.
Ability to adapt activities to meet a range of physical and cognitive needs.
Flexibility for evenings and weekends if required
Must be able to drive and confident in escorting residents out of the home
