Pay: £12.21 Per Hour

Hours: 40 Hours a week / Monday – Sunday

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

 

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team at a 28 bedded residential home. Our facility specializes in providing care for individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

 

What you’ll be Doing

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents

  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation

  • Implement and follow individualized care plans

  • Support residents in developing social skills and participating in community activities

  • Manage challenging behavior with patience and professionalism

  • Monitor and report on residents' progress and well-being

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members

 

What You’ll Need 

  • Great communication and teamwork skills.

  • A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.

  • Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour

  • Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.

  • Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
