Hours: 40 Hours a week / Monday - Friday (8:30am – 5pm)

Southern Hill Hospital is a 53-bedded facility specializing in acute mental health care. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Receptionist to join our team!
What You’ll be Doing
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
Provide information and support to residents and their families
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
What You'll Need
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
Compassionate and understanding approach to working with individuals with mental health conditions
