We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Manager to join our team!
What You’ll be Doing
· The Complex Support Manager has overall management responsibility for the development, delivery, and quality of services supporting individuals with complex behaviours and high levels of need.
· The role leads on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), workforce development, quality assurance, and the set-up and management of new complex services, ensuring safe, compliant, and person-centred support.
· The post holder is accountable for outcomes, stability, and continuous improvement across their services.
What You’ll Need
Advanced knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support, functional assessment, and behaviour analysis.
Strong understanding of CQC frameworks, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
Significant management experience within complex care or specialist support services
Proven experience managing services supporting behaviours that challenge.
Experience setting up and stabilizing new complex services
Ability to identify, assess, and respond effectively to risk and complexity.
Ability to challenge poor practice constructively and professionally.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex situations.
Demonstrates effective leadership in high-pressure and complex environments.
Applies values-based decision-making to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
Maintains service stability through effective management of risk and change.
