We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Manager to join our team!

What You’ll be Doing

·       The Complex Support Manager has overall management responsibility for the development, delivery, and quality of services supporting individuals with complex behaviours and high levels of need.

·       The role leads on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), workforce development, quality assurance, and the set-up and management of new complex services, ensuring safe, compliant, and person-centred support.

·       The post holder is accountable for outcomes, stability, and continuous improvement across their services.

What You’ll Need

  • Advanced knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support, functional assessment, and behaviour analysis.

  • Strong understanding of CQC frameworks, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.

  • Significant management experience within complex care or specialist support services

  • Proven experience managing services supporting behaviours that challenge.

  • Experience setting up and stabilizing new complex services

  • Ability to identify, assess, and respond effectively to risk and complexity.

  • Ability to challenge poor practice constructively and professionally.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex situations.

  • Demonstrates effective leadership in high-pressure and complex environments.

  • Applies values-based decision-making to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

  • Maintains service stability through effective management of risk and change.
