We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers (Bank) to join our team! Carmel Care is a South-West based support provider offering services built on the understanding that with the right support and care, anyone can increase their level of personal autonomy and independence.

What You’ll be Doing

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.

• Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.

• Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.

• Provide emotional support and companionship.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a support worker

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
