Location: Leicester, LE5 5GQ

Salary: £34,000

Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday – Friday (9am-5:30pm)

Currently, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team!

The successful candidate will oversee two adjacent sites specializing in mental health and challenging behaviour services for men.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of 2 care homes next to each other.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards.

  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home’s financial sustainability.

  • Promote a culture of safety and transparency.

  • Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals

  • Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment

 

What You’ll Need

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent

  • At least  3+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home..

  • Registered with CQC – Preferable but not essential.

  • Experience with Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour

  • Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.

  • Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
