Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday – Friday

Magna House Hospital, situated in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, offers compassionate mental health care with 29 beds across four newly refurbished acute wards for both males and females. We are dedicated to promoting positive patient experiences and sustainable recovery, guided by an Acute Pathway philosophy. The hospital's exceptional facilities include single-sex accommodation with en-suite bedrooms, comfortable living spaces, quiet areas, and private gardens.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Assistant Psychologist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team.
What You’ll be Doing
Conduct protocol-based psychological assessments
Assist in the formulation and delivery of care plans and psychological interventions.
Support the delivery of individual and group therapy sessions.
Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical reviews.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate clinical records.
What You'll Need
A degree in Psychology (BPS-accredited).
Experience working in mental health or a related clinical setting is desirable.
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine interest in working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
