We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team.
Battersea Bridge House Hospital stands as a dedicated facility providing acute inpatient care for both male and female adults aged 18 years and over who require short-term assessment and treatment for mental health difficulties. What You’ll be Doing
Assess and support residents with complex mental health conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer psychiatric medications and monitor their effects.
Provide therapeutic interventions and emotional support.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
What You'll Need
· Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC registration pin.
Minimum of 2 + years’ experience in a similar role within the mental health care sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient nature.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of best practices in dementia and mental health care.
Willingness to undergo ongoing training and professional development.
