Team Leader

Location: Birmingham, B18 5ND

Pay: £12.50 Per Hour

Hours: 40 hours a week / 12 Hour Shifts (Alternate Weekends)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Join our dedicated team at our ten-bed residential home, providing exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behavior.

We are looking for compassionate and skilled Team Leader to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.

 

What you’ll be Doing

  • Oversee daily operations of the care home

  • Lead and support a team of care staff

  • Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations

  • Develop and implement care plans

  • Manage staff schedules and training

  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment

 

What You’ll Need 

  • At least 2-3 + years’ experience as a Team Leader in a care home.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of learning disabilities, mental health conditions, complex needs, autism and challenging behaviours

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Minimum of NVQ2 in Health and Social Care

  • Must be fully flexible
